Hello.
A cognitive psychology major turned product designer, I’ve always been interested in the small details that shape how people think, feel, and make decisions. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve worked across agencies, consulting, media, and in-house product teams, helping companies simplify complex systems into experiences people can actually use.
My work sits between product thinking, systems design, and execution. I partner closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to uncover problems, align priorities, and build scalable products and design systems that support both user needs and business goals. Along the way, I’ve led design teams, mentored designers, and helped organizations create clearer ways of working together.
Currently, I’m a Lead UX Designer at AT&T, focused on large-scale platforms and design systems that power att.com and its supporting ecosystem.
